I can’t progress as I worry about all the things that could go wrong
Worrying can be the cause of procrastinating, but there are tricks to conquer it. Try thinking about “What is the worst that can happen” and come up with strategies. Chances are you’ll never use them. Try the Delay Script technique – set aside time to worry about it in 2 hours. By then your subconscious will likely have a solution, or it won’t matter. And remember, chunk the goal down and tackle it in bites you can handle.
