Try thinking about “What is the worst that can happen” and come up with strategies. Chances are you’ll never use them. Try the Delay Script technique – set aside time to worry about it in 2 hours. By then your subconscious will likely have a solution, or it won’t matter. And remember, chunk the goal down and tackle it in bites you can handle.
